The rooms are newly renovated Inside with a Great Heating and Cooling System The washroom is brand new with a TV on the wall opposite the mirror ! there’s a big TV in the room with a couch opposite of it as well as. a great closet with hangers that’s brand new as well. Its quiet and calm if your looking for a place to stay in Kingston for work or even just leisure the rates are awesome and the hotel as well as the cleaning services are awesome Check in was quick and easy as well towels and sheets were all clean and freshly washed when asked 😊

The owner is making an honest offer to renovate and improve the property. There were a couple things like no sink stopper and no hot water at first. This was handled quickly, the hot water shortage that is, the sink stopper not really addressed. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well which was great as it was a record 40 C that evening.

Excellent cost-benefit. Comfortable bed and pillows, clean white sheets, linen and towels, clean white toilet, bath and bath curtain. Location is excellent, we went walking downtown for tourism. Also, lots of amenities close by - McDonalds, Rexall, Loblaws grocery store, Canadian Tire, even a Queens University campus to go for a jog.

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful. He recommended restaurants to go to. He made sure our room was ready and turned heat on. Was very nice to deal with. Later that evening our remote would not work. We asked the younger fellow who was working to help. He brought us a new remote. Was good for one nights stay.

The beds were comfy and bedding smelt clean and good, rooms had an air conditioner/heater and the bathrooms were well kept and clean. All for a good price in a good location in kingston. Staff were kind and reasonable. Several different payment options to choose from for those without credit cards!
